About CCS Facility Services
CCS Facility Services is a large janitorial and facility maintenance company; its San Antonio office serves the greater San Antonio area. According to its Google description, CCS serves thousands of clients across multiple industries. Its website lists recurring janitorial service, day porter service, post-construction cleanup, floor care, carpet and window cleaning and disinfection, for offices, medical facilities, industrial sites, schools, retail, restaurants, government buildings, labs and gyms.
The website covers many buyer questions. It says staff are background-checked and receive a minimum number of training hours each year, and it lists ISSA CIMS, GBAC STAR, IICRC and OSHA credentials. It also describes routine inspections and performance tracking, insurance, evening and after-hours cleaning, and a free walkthrough before quoting.
The San Antonio location has a 3.4 rating from only 5 Google reviews, and its 2 most recent reviews with text do not share a common theme, so its local review history is thin. Ask for references from San Antonio clients and an explanation of how the local team is supervised.
